Rules and Policies

Fees:

·         There is an annual registration fee due every year from the month you registered.

·         Tuition is due the first class of each 4 week session.

·         There is a $5.00 late fee if tuition is not paid by the 2nd week.

·         There is a $10.00 fee for all returned checks.

·         A place in class is reserved for every child, therefore missed classes will not be deducted from your tuition.  The only instance in which tuition will be prorated is when there are not 4 weeks in a session, Holidays, teacher cancellation or extraordinary circumstances (like winter weather).

Drop Policy:

·         A student will be dropped from the program if fees are not paid by the 3^rd week.  They may re-enroll once all fees are paid.

·         If you plan on dropping, please make your last class the end of the 4 week session.  Unless we are notified before the session begins, you will be charged for the full 4-week session.

Gym Conduct:

·         Parent and child must remain in the waiting area until the instructor signals the beginning of class.

·         Students and other children are not to run around or use the equipment without the presence and approval of an instructor.

Make-Up Policy:

·         In case of an absence, a make-up class may be requested.  However, there is only 1 make up allowed per month and we do not guarantee there will always be a make-up class time available.

·         Make-up classes must be taken within a month of the absence.

·         Make-up classes must be scheduled BEFORE THE ABSENCE and scheduled in advance - please do not show up for a make up class without calling first.

·         Make-ups may only be used while enrolled in an Upward Bound Gymnastics class.

 

Waiver/Release

Due to the possible dangers in participating in any sport related activity, we will not accept responsibility or liability for injuries sustained on the premises, during preparation, or while attending and participating in classes.  If you have any apprehensions about accepting responsibility for any injuries that could occur, we suggest that you do not enroll your child in this program.  Please accept this form as your authority to use the doctor on call in the emergency room for any necessary emergency medical treatment.  By your signature below you are agreeing to release Upward Bound Gymnastics from any and all liability related to any personal injury sustained by your child.
