November Schedule and Fees

We will be closed the entire week for Thanksgiving, November 19 – November 23.  However, tuition for November will still be for 4 weeks.  If you have any questions about the calendar, please let us know.  Calendars are posted at the gym and on our web site (www.upward-bound.com).

Holiday Schedule and Fees

With the holidays approaching, we also wanted to let you know about our closings and fees for December and January.  We will be closed for Christmas Break from December 17- January 4.  The fees for December will be prorated to ½ of tuition.  In January, fees will be back to the full 4 - week tuition.

Christmas Parade

The annual Siloam Springs Christmas Parade is coming Saturday, December 1^st.  We have enjoyed being part of the parade the past 4 years.  A few things to note about the parade are:

·        Children must be 5 years old to participate in the parade. 

·        Children must be signed up by November 15^th in order to participate in the parade.  There is a sign up form on the bulletin board or you may call the office (549-3816) to sign up.

·        A t-shirt is required to be in the parade.  Approximate price of the t-shirt is $12 - $15 dollars.

·         I will need parent volunteers to walk and help in the parade.

·        We will need a couple of trucks and trailers for the parade.

·        There will be further information about times and where to meet as we get closer to the parade day.

Winter Weather Policy

In case of bad weather, we will post that we are open or closed on the web site and change the message at the gym (549-3816).  We DO NOT necessarily close with public schools.  In the situation that we are closed, we will prorate the next monthly tuition in order to compensate for the closed date.
