Open Gyms

We are going to be offering open gym times again this semester.  These are available for students 5 years old and up that are enrolled in our program.  The cost is $15.00 for 1 ½ hours.  Please sign up at the desk for open gym.  Signing up in advance is required.  The dates will be January 11, February 8, March 7, April 4, and May 2.  The time is 6:00-7:30.  Please inquire with Kristen if you have any questions.

University of Arkansas Gymnastics Meet

February 15^th is Upward Bound Gymnastics “Fun Night” at the University of Arkansas Gymnastics meet.  We will be selling tickets starting February 4^th.  The cost is $8.00 for adults and $4.00 for children.  The meet starts at 7:00 p.m. and transportation will be on your own.  It will be a fun night of watching some great gymnastics and “calling those hogs!”

Upward Bound Staff Updates

With a New Year, I am excited to have new and returning staff members!  I would like to welcome Gretchen Gunter new to our staff and Emily Gilbert and Jennifer Jackson who are returning staff members.   They are joining our existing staff of Tiffany Hansen, Leslie Self, Meghan Glenn, Justine Carlson, Meagan Dees, Alli Sittema, Emily Watson, Erica Hill, Beth Huggins, Michelle Winters and Greg Eiland.  Please check out our web site for more info about your favorite staff member.

Winter Weather Policy

In case of bad weather, we will post that we are open or closed on the web site and change the message at the gym (549-3816).  We DO NOT necessarily close with public schools.  In the situation that we are closed, we will prorate the next monthly tuition in order to compensate for the closed date.
